What You Will Do

You will be handling our firm’s litigated injury and non-injury cases.  You know what it entails. If you don’t, this is not the position for you.

Who Are We Looking For

The following are non-negotiable requirements:

  1. Extraordinary work ethic and attention to detail
  2. Substantial deposition experience including fact witnesses, medical witnesses, expert witnesses, corporate witnesses (taking and presenting)
  3. Pleading preparation experience (Complaints/Petition, Motions, etc.)
  4. Solutions-oriented; results-focused

You are also highly organized with OCD-type personality, have a serious focus on work with the understanding of the highly important nature of legal practice, and attention to detail. You are fluent in technology and understand a paperless environment. You are a self-starter and don’t wait for direction. You see a path to success and take it. You do not need training or hand-holding to take a potential client call from signing through final resolution. You are hungry and want to build and grow with a firm. You are a people person. You are fearless in the courtroom.

We are a small but growing injury and disability firm. We currently have 2 attorneys, 1 EDPNA, and 4 other support staff. Our practice has doubled recently, and our vision is 10X. We have a one-year plan, a three-year picture, and a 10-year vision. We have growth mindsets.

Our small team is hungry, efficient, and focused, and needs a trial attorney to take us to the next level. We are strategic in our approach and have systems in place, but we welcome iterations to get us to the next level.

Pay: $80,000.00 + performance incentives per year
