Great Food, Fun for the Family, Awesome Music – The St. Charles Parish Rotary Club’s Alligator Festival

The St. Charles Parish Rotary Club hosts its annual Alligator Festival this weekend at the West Bank Bridge Park in Luling. 

Live entertainment starts Friday night with The Wiseguys playing from 8 – 11 p.m.  On Saturday, Waylon Thibodeaux plays from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., followed by The Strays from 4:15 – 7:15 p.m., and Category 6 from 8 – 11 p.m.  On Sunday, Louisiana Kid’s perform from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., followed by Christian Serpas and Ghost Town from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m., then Amanda Shaw takes the stage from 5-6:30 p.m., and closing out with The Top Cats from 6:45 – 9 p.m. 

Admission is only $1.  This year there is a Pay One Price Mega Arm Band available for rides all weekend at the cost of $65. 

Food selections will include: Gator Burgers, Smoked Gator Sausage Po-Boy or on a Stick, Alligator Sauce Piquante, Fried Alligator, Jambalaya, Fried Crawfish, Fish Po-Boys, Gumbo, Cochon de Lait Poboy, Crawfish and Shrimp Pasta, chicken fingers, hamburgers, red beans and rice, white beans and rice, and many other selections.
